We were announced as the winner of the REIV Small Residential Agency of the Year 2023. Our Director Melissa is so proud of the award and also being a finalist for the REIV Buyers Agent of the Year 2023. She has either won an award or being a finalist since 2005.

Our Story
KPI® was founded by Melissa Opie. Since buying her first property at a very young age, she has devoted time, effort and passion towards a career which now offers her clients an opportunity to enrich their lifestyle. Melissa, a Licensed Real Estate Agent, has worked extensively in the Melbourne property market, she has also assisted clients interstate and overseas to make informed property decisions. Her very successful sales and marketing career has spanned over 30 years.
Melissa was recently appointed again as the Buyers Agents Chapter Committee delegate to the Members Council Committee for 2023. She has been the elected Vice President of the Buyers Agent Committee and has been involved as an appointed member since 2006 sharing her industry skills and knowledge for the greater good. Melissa was also the voted and elected Chairperson for the North Western Division of the REIV from 2006-2012 when the Division was in force.

Where are we?
Our office is in Southbank at Kings Club which is Melbourne’s largest business park. We have our own private office which offers our team hybrid and flexible working solutions and our clients the opportunity to meet us onsite in a professional space. Kings Park is situated at 80 Dorcas Street which is great for parking and offers convenient public transport options. If taking public transport to our office you can catch the tram and get off at Kingsway our office is only a short walk away or train to South Melbourne, our office is about a 10 minute walk. Alternatively, there is ample paid on Street parking in Dorcas Street and surrounds.
